To add a promotional code to your order, simply enter the code during the checkout process in the designated discount code field and click apply.

Please note that only one promotional code may be redeemed per order and cannot be combined with any other offer or promotional prices.

Packages are sometimes marked as delivered before they actually arrive. Typically, the package arrives within 1-2 business days.

We also recommend thoroughly searching your property including porches, mailboxes, garages, parcel lockers, and management/leasing office if applicable.

Yes! We currently offer free standard UK delivery on all orders.

returns + refunds

Changed your mind? No problem. Our returns policy means you can return an item within 14 days of when you received it. If the item is unused and in its original packaging, we’ll offer an exchange or a full refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Exchanges and refunds will be processed within 10 working days of receipt. We may require proof of damages such as photos of of the product or damaged packaging in order to process a refund or arrange a replacement.

All MATTER OF FACT products are formulated and manufactured in the USA.

We have recently changed the name and packaging of some of our products to align with the brand's new packaging and naming approach. These updates help you easily navigate the line of products to best suit your skincare needs.

Our BRIGHTENING + FIRMING SERUM (formerly Ascorbic Acid 20) and MINIMALIST HYDRATING MOISTURIZER (formerly Minimalist Hydrating Cream) are the same formulas you love, just with new names and packaging.

Our products can be used while pregnant or breastfeeding, with the exception of WRINKLE + TEXTURE CONCENTRATE and RESURFACING + HYDRATING SERUM.

However, we suggest that you always consult with your GP for direction on what’s safe for you and your baby.

Our products are ideally stored in an environment at room temperature, away from excessive heat and humidity.
